During a 17-hour flight, Saudi Air Force fighters documented their flight in the Typhoon aircraft from King Fahad Air Base in Taif to Nils Base in Nevada. The documentation depicts the Force’s participation in the joint green and red luminaries exercise in the United States.
Their video portrays the aircraft’s acceleration to 30 thousand feet above sea level and crossing the European and African continents.
The green and red luminary exercises are considered internationally as the finest and strongest aviation training programs, and the oldest.
The Saudi Air Force is participating with 800 Typhoon aircrafts, planes which run on A330 MRTT fuel and two transport vehicles, in order to enhance the Force’s combat readiness through advanced military exercises.
