Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs and Endowments also Chairman of Elections’ Safety Supervisory Committee Shaikh Khalid bin Ali All Khalifa announced the results of the second round of parliamentary by-elections conducted Saturday 1st, 2011. In a press conference, the Minister of Justice stated that “upon perusal of the records of the supervisory committees at the governorates level, and in compliance with Article No. 28 of Act No. 14 for the year 2002 regarding the practising of political rights, the Election’s Safety Supervisory Committee announces the final results of the second round of parliamentary by-elections conducted on Saturday 1st October 2011 as follows: First: Capital governorate: 3rd Constituency: the winner is Ebtisam Abdulrahman Hijris Ahmed. 4th Constituency: the winner is Ali Abbas Abdullah Shamtoot. 8th Constituency: the winner is Jamal Mohammed Saleh Abdullah. Second: Northern governorate: 1st Constituency: the winner is Ali Hassan Ahmed Ali. 7th Constituency: the winner is Khalid Jassim Ali Al-Maloud. 8th Constituency: the winner is Mohammed Salim Jassim Bu-Qais. Third: Central governorate: 1st Constituency: the winner is Sumaya Abdulrahman Ali Al-Jowder 2nd Constituency: the winner is Ahmed Abdulrahman Mahmoud Al-Sa’ati. 5th Constituency: the winner is Osama Jabir Ahmed Mohanna. On this occasion, the Election’s Safety Supreme Supervisory Committee and the heads of supervisory committees submit sincerest congratulations and blessings to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa Monarch of the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister and to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad al Khalifa Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, as well as to the loyal Bahraini people on the success of the second round of parliamentary by-elections 2011 and gratitude to Allah Almighty for the success and assistance He has bestowed upon us as He enabled us to carry out the mission and to maintain the trust.
