Egyptian actor Magdy Kamel has said that television viewers in Ramadan will have to choose between too many shows, quipping to Arabstoday: “The Egyptian citizen will suffer a lot in Ramadan.” "They will have to choose between three to four series to follow, and watch the rest after Ramadan," he said. Kamel added that his new series "Omar al Mokhtar" was delayed due to its huge budget. Kamel's next show is "Son of Night", also starring Youssef Shabaan, Ahmed Bedeir, Ahmed Rateb, Ferial Youssef, Sabry Fawaz, Nehal Amber, Ahmed Khalil and Mohamed Khalil. It is written by Tarek Barakat, produced by Cairo Audio Visual Company, and directed by Ismail Hafez.
