Egyptian artist Samira Ahmed has expressed her frustration over the current deteriorating conditions in Egypt, stressing that the country is facing a \"serious security problem.\" In an interview with Arab Today, the actress affirmed that violent incidents are dominating the country, stating that her new TV series, A Mother’s Heart, has been delayed due to the problems. Talking more about A Mother\'s Heart, Samira states that the series looks into \"humanitarian and social\" issues witnessed in the Egyptian community. As the drama also focuses on Turkey, the actress confirmed that the team travelled to the country to find Turkish artists to be part of the production. Samira praised the work of the Turkish team, stating that they were \"cooperative\" and \"had a lot of love for Egyptian art.\"
