Head of Suez Canal Authority Mohab Mamish asserted on Sunday that the dredging works at the new Suez Canal project will finish on Friday.
In an interview with Nile News Channel, Mamish said that the new project is a fully integrated one fitted with navigational signs, maps, electronic navigation devices and highly-trained guides to secure ships crossing the waterway.
The new Suez Canal will offer its service for all world countries, he added.
Logistic and security preparations were made for inauguration the new Suez Canal project in time, according to Mamish.
