Egypt to start sustainable development strategy in 2016

Egypt will start to implement its Sustainable Development Strategy (SDS): Egypt 2030 this year, Minister of Planning Ashraf el Araby said.
In statements to MENA on Friday, Araby said that a center for developed services will be established in 2016.
For the first time, the government will appoint employees, who should pass computer tests to be launched in 2016 according to the newly-enacted civil service law, Araby said. Computers will select the new employees without nepotism and favoritism, he noted.
The departments of human resources will be developed in six ministries, Cairo governorate and the Central Agency for Organization and Management, the minister added.
