The Housing Ministry plans to allocate the biggest number of lands for real estate investment next year with the participation of the private sector at a total cost of 50 billion pounds, said Minister Mostafa Madbouli.
The Ministry is planning to put new plots of lands for investment with the participation of the private sector, Madbouli added in his speech during the 10th Money and Finance Conference, 2014 under the rubric "Economic Growth Management in Egypt".
It is important to enact new legislation, which takes into consideration social dimension in order not to affect limited-income brackets, he added.
