Head of the UAE-based Suwaidan Group Ahmed al Suwaidan said that his investments in Egypt are non-profit, but are being carried out upon the will of late Sheikh Zayed bin Nahyan.
The businessman's remark came on the sidelines of inking an agreement with the Egyptian Supply Ministry to be the main strategic investor for the logistics center for the handling and storage of grain in Damietta as well as the city of trade and shopping in the Gulf of Suez.
The Egyptians contributed to the establishment of the Gulf countries decades ago, al Suwaidan underlined, adding that relations between Egypt and the UAE are brotherly.
