Agriculture Minister Salah el Din Hilal said that he received a phone call on Thursday morning from President Abdel Fattah El Sisi who wanted to make sure on the conditions of Amal village, agriculture and peasants.
In statements after arriving in Ismailia, Hilal said Sisi hoped, in the phone call, that Amal village will be a model for other villages affiliated to the one-million feddans project within the president initiative that aims to reclaim four million feddans.
Hilal embarked on Thursday an inspection tour of Ismailia governorate as part of efforts to serve better villagers and develop agriculture.
