Israeli forces Sunday detained ten Palestinians from across the West Bank districts, including three from Jerusalem, according to local and security sources.
In Hebron, forces detained five Palestinians, including two minors aged 16 and 17, during a military raid into al-Aroub Refugee Camp to the north. Forces reportedly clashed with Palestinians, using tear gas canisters and stun grenades against them. Several suffocation cases were reported.
Meanwhile, forces detained a youth at a flying military checkpoint placed to the south of the town of Dura, southwest of Hebron. He was led to an unknown destination. In Jenin, forces detained a Palestinian police officer from Jenin at a flying military checkpoint erected to the south of Qabatiya.
In Jerusalem, a large Israeli police force detained three Palestinian youths from Shu’fat Refugee Camp, after raiding a number of homes in the area, which spurred clashes with residents. Forces used tear gas canisters, stun grenades, and flare bombs against the camp’s residents, however, no injuries were reported.
In the meantime, Israeli police detained three other Palestinians while they present near the gates of al-Aqsa mosque.
