Turkish authorities announced the arrest of 60 ISIS-linked suspects, including foreign nationals, during a security operation against ISIS in Ankara on Sunday.
The operation was conducted by Ankara's anti-terrorism police and intelligence agency. The operation focused on 20 different addresses in four districts in the city, and all suspects went through a medical checkup before being taken to Ankara Security Directorate for interrogation, a security source said.
Turkey has been conducting security operations in different Turkish cities to arrest ISIS supporters.
The Turkish army also announced the neutralizing of 33 terrorists and 259 targets linked to ISIS in Northern Syria as a part of Operation Euphrates Shield.
