A large explosion struck a house in Hani town in Turkey's southeastern Diyarbakir province, killing four people and injuring at least ten others, according to local NTV.
The blast occurred while members of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) were loading explosives, local TV reported.
The explosion could be heard from various districts of the province, according to Anadolu agency. Ambulances were dispatched to the scene.
The explosion comes after a car bomb attack near a military facility earlier in the day in Istanbul wounded seven people.
Another car bomb attack on Wednesday targeted police and killed three people in Diyarbakir.
