The Egyptian Ministry of Health announced today the death of 11 people and forty people in an attack near St. Mark Church in Alexandria.
The ministry's spokesman Khaled Megahed said that 14 ambulances rushed to the scene as soon as the attack took place. The injured were transported to hospitals in order to receive medical attention, Middle East News Agency reported. The total death toll of the earlier attack which targeted also a church in Tanta rose to 25. There were also 78 people injured. ISIS announced its responsibility for the two attacks on the churches.
