Clashes have stopped at dawn in Ain-el-Hilwe, as the security belt of Bilal Badr and his hard-line group's stronghold inside the Palestinian refugee camp collapsed, National News Agency correspondent reported on Tuesday.
The wanted extremist and his group have reportedly fled Tireh Street, as the Palestinian Joint Security Force started deploying in the area.
Badr's fate and whereabouts are still unknown.
