Egyptian housewife filed a lawsuit
Cairo - Essam Mohammed

In a strange incident, an Egyptian housewife filed a lawsuit in a court against her husband for discovering that he had sold her engagement ring to buy a "duck." The wife asked the judge of the court. "He sold my engagement ring to buy a duck, please order him to divorce me before selling my son for dinner."

"I married him two years ago, a traditional marriage, and our lives like other couples, and God gave me my son Omar, one-year-old son. "My husband worked in a mill and his salary was enough for the need of our family. "He likes fast food and saves most of his salary to buy these meals, which leads to the payment of full salary before the middle of the month," the wife told the judge.

"I sold my wedding Jewelry to bear the expenses of the house, and repeatedly asked him to save the price of fast food, eat at home but he refused," the wife said.

"Two months ago, He told me in the morning that he sold my engagement ring without my knowledge to buy a duck and ask me to cook it," she added.
