Jordanian journalist Nour Al Omad praised the woman's role in the career of media, saying that she managed to prove her efficiency not only in the office work but extended to the other fields related to this career. She signaled that the most prominent field correspondents are from the women.
She added, during an interview with "Arabs Today", that each experience has its unique aspect, stressing that she started her career with radio in 2005, as she gained notable experience from the senior workers in this career. She added that she also published a large number of reports on its website.
She added, "I also presented a TV program entitled 'Vision". It performed a major role to strengthen my self-confidence and to achieve notable success in my career as a TV presenter. I managed to meet my aspiration to be a TV presenter through this experience."
She expressed her love to radio, saying that her love to the radio pushed her to return to the radio, saying that she participates in presenting a large number of programs, including the newsletters.
She praised the role performed by the social media networks, saying that they performed a major role to spread the news among the people from all over the world. She added that the people and even media channels and newspapers depend on these networks to publish videos and different news through their pages.
However, she stressed that the journalists should not depend on these networks as a source for these news, saying that the journalist should take additional measures to make sure of the authenticity of what is published on social media.
She expressed appreciation to the social radios, saying that they perform a major role to increase the public awareness among the people over their rights and duties towards their communities. She added that they also perform a major role to underline their sufferings on the contrary of the traditional radios which suffer from a crisis of confidence.
