Higher Education Minister Ahmed Abdel Khaleq asserted that Egypt is keen to achieve all the constitutional entitlements despite the terror acts which aim to drag the country into chaos.
The minister was speaking before the meetings of the 196th session of UNESCO's Executive Board on Monday.
He expressed Egypt's willingness to further boost cooperation with the UNESCO.
Abdel Khaleq thanked the organization for supporting culture in Egypt and for renewing its sponsorship of Egypt's Regional Center for Training and Water Studies.
