Bespoke suits start from £3600 London - Arabstoday Following the opening of the menswear flagship on Savile Row in October last year, Alexander McQueen has since set-up a workroom in the basement of the store to expand its services to include Bespoke Tailoring as well as introducing a new Made to Measure service. Bespoke clients are able to choose from an extensive range of classic and exclusive house fabrics, patterns and prints. They include a black wool Baratheas morning coat worn over a dove grey wool five button waistcoat; a red wool single breasted two button jacket and a Prince of Wales six button double breasted jacket. The Made to Measure service will offer a key Alexander McQueen block in three styles which are a single breasted two button jacket with a peak or notch lapel option and a double breasted jacket. All three styles can be paired with trousers and a waistcoat. The Savile Row Manager will guide clients through a book of 26 fabrics which include core fabrics such as classic herringbones, pinstripes and Prince of Wales checks as well as Alexander McQueen seasonal fabrics. Produced in Italy, the delivery will take six to eight weeks to store. Prices start from £1,735 for a two button single breasted mohair suit.
