Arab League has strongly condemned the terrorist attack that hit Karak city in Jordan leaving at least 10 people killed and 34 others wounded.
In a statement released on Monday, Arab League Chief Ahmed Abul Gheit expressed the league's backing for Jordanian leadership, government and people in the face of terrorism.
The statement offered condolences to the families of the victims.
The statement asserted that such heinous crimes highlighted the serious threats posed by terrorism on security and stability of the region.
It urged garnering more efforts to achieve cooperation and coordinate stances with other countries in confronting such threats and end them as soon as possible.
