Bahrain condemned Monday's attack on a security post outside a Palestinian refugee camp close to Amman in which five Jordanian intelligence officers were killed.
In a statement, the Bahraini Foreign Ministry condoled with the families of the victims and expressed solidarity with the Jordanian government and people to confront terrorism which violates all divine religions and human values.
Jordanian government spokesman Mohammad al Momani was quoted as saying the assault on the office near the Al Baqa'a refugee camp on the outskirts of the Jordanian capital was a "terrorist attack".
Baqa'a camp is the largest Palestinian refugee camp in Jordan.
