Finance Minister Amr el Garhy and Petroleum Minister Tareq el Molla offered their condolences to the bereaved families of the victims of Sunday's attack on El Boutroseya Church that left 25 persons dead and 49 others injured.
Garhy condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist attack on a place of worship, saying this incident would not undermine efforts exerted by the Egyptian government and people to fight terrorism.
The dreadful attacks on the Church in Cairo's Abbassiya district on Sunday and security checkpoints in Giza's Haram district on Friday reflected the meanness of those terrorists, he added.
For his part, the petroleum minister extended his heartfelt condolences to the victims of the attack, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
He stressed the Egyptians' unity in face of any threat that could tamper with the country's peace and stability.
