The Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) condemned on Saturday a Houthi shelling of the national museum in Taiz city in Yemen.
In a press release, the ISESCO called on all concerned international organizations to condemn "the crime and to work on protecting the Yemeni heritage" from attacks by the Houthi rebels and militias of former president Ali Abdullah Saleh.
The museum, attacked today, houses rare manuscripts and antiquities.
