King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin following the killing of the Russian ambassador in Ankara.
In his message, the king said he was "deeply saddened and moved by the despicable criminal attack, which claimed the life of the ambassador of the sister nation of Russia in the Turkish capital Andrei Karlov, in a blatant and unacceptable violation of human values."
He condemned this horrible terrorist act, expressing his firm denunciation of all forms of terrorism.
He offered his heartfelt condolences to the deceased’s family and the friendly Russian people, praying to God to give them patience and comfort.
