NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has condemned North Korea's latest nuclear test, which he calls a "very disturbing" development.
"I strongly condemn these consistent provocations and violations of binding UN Security Council resolutions which undermine regional and international security," Stoltenberg said in a statement.
He urged Pyongyang to respect its international obligations and to "refrain from any actions and threats that increase regional tensions and insecurity.
