The presidency mourned the victims of doomed EgyptAir plane that crashed in the Mediterranean Sea while en route from Paris to Cairo.
In a statement on Friday, the presidency offered its deep condolences to the families of the 66 people; 30 Egyptians, 15 French and 10 other nationalities, who were on board the plane.
It also expressed its deep sorrow over the victims of this dreadful accident, the statement said.
The presidency also voices its appreciation of friendly countries that rushed to offer aid in search operations, it added.
It also asserted that investigations will continue till uncovering the cause of this tragic accident, said the statement.
