The Saudi cabinet in Monday's session under King Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud offered condolences to the Egyptian president, government and people over the victims of EgyptAir missing plane.
Saudi Culture and Information Minister Adel al Toraifi said that the cabinet discussed number of reports on the latest international developments and welcomed the final statement of the participating countries in the international conference on Libya held in Vienna.
The government tackled also the outcome of the ministerial meeting of the international supporting group to Syria.
The cabinet hailed the role played by the Gulf Cooperation Council in achieving peace and security in the region on the 35th anniversary of establishing the council.
