Head of Egyptian Antiquities Sector Mahmoud Afifi announced that the Egyptian exploration team found remains of a new pyramid ,dated back to the 13th family , and the remains where found in King Senefro’s pyramid in Dahshour tomb ,south Cairo.
After examining the pyramid, it thought to be the first attempt in ancient Egypt to build one , and it is considered a tomb to bury the entourage and high ranked officials.
The Head of Ancient Antiquities in Dahshour , Adel Okasha said that these remains belong to the internal structure of the pyramid , including a passage and other things .
