Minister of Mujahideen, Tayeb Zitouni, emphasized Saturday in Relizane, on the need to exploit the historical sites and buildings to better preserve national memory and to allow the youth to know more about the history of the country.
The celebration of the 60th anniversary of the outbreak of the glorious Revolution for national liberation, which will involve several sectors including education, higher education, sports and culture, will live up to the event, the minister said at a press conference held on the occasion of his visit to the province.
A million and a half of national flags and copies the Statement of 1 November 1954 and the national anthem, will be distributed to students, the minister announced, recalling the opening of museums nationwide y for journalists, researchers, teachers and intellectuals interested in the national liberation revolution.
Zitouni also urged young people to build Algeria with the same spirit and the same desire that inspired the martyrs.
