The Scientific Research Support Fund (SRSF), which operates under the umbrella of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, on Sunday, signed agreements to support scholarships for graduate the academically excelling students in the official Jordanian universities for doctoral and master degrees, as of the 2014/2015 first semester.
SRSF granted a total of 49 scholarships, including 3 for doctoral students and 46 for master’s students, at the universities of Jordan, Yarmouk, Mutah, Science and Technology, Hashemite and Al-Balqa, at a cost of up to JD643,000.
The University of Jordan’ students received 3 grants for doctoral degree and 20 for master’s, while Yarmouk students got 4 grants for masters, Mutah 9, Science and Technology 3, Hashemite 6, and Balqa 4.
