Ekhleif Tarawneh visited Faculty of Law at UJ Amman - Arab Today The President of the University of Jordan (UJ), Prof. Ekhleif Tarawneh today visited the Faculty of Law at the University to check out the educational process and identify the most prominent developments and renovation that have been made to facilities at the Faculty. Accompanied by the Dean Prof. Tarek Hammoury and a number of faculty members, Tarawneh toured the college facilities and study halls, and paid attention to an explanation about the new modern teaching hardware that have been installed in a number of halls such as plasma screens and interactive boards, which were purchased upon the generous donation of the American Bar Association.“ The Faculty of Law of is the best faculty and most active among other faculties at the university, the university administration is counting on the faculty’s young leaderships and students to promote the faculty at the regional and international levels,” Tarawneh said. Tarawneh praised the Faculty’s scientific level and its constant pursuit to prepare students to enter the workforce, in addition to effort exerted towards the development and progress of the faculty. From his part, Prof. Tariq Hammoury stressed the Faculty’s keenness to implement the directives of the President of the University towards making the Faculty of Law the preferred destination for legal experiences in the Arab world, noting that this visit demonstrates attention paid by UJ administration to faculties and student bodies. Moreover, Hammoury revealed the Faculty\'s intention to establish a special laboratory for students with special needs, equipped with modern computers to help meeting their needs. During the visit, Tarawneh met with a number of students who are also members of the Debate and Attorney Clubs at the Faculty, and listened to their observations on a number of issues concerning the teaching process, calling them to maintain the good work.
