"This match will be difficult for both teams and we will definitely be looking forward to collecting our first points for this season," coach Ayman Al Rammadi told Gulf News following a training session, late on Wednesday. The coach gave his team a two-day break so that they could celebrate Eid with their families. And when they re-assemble for their next training session tomorrow, the Egyptian hopes he can ring in some minor changes in the composition of his team and start eyeing some points along the way. "We need points and our target will be at least 14 to 15 points at least by the time we end the first half of the league," Al Rammadi said. "But so far, the sad part is that we are so close yet so far considering that we did come close to getting at least a point [losing 3-4 to Al Ain in the first week]. "There will be a few changes that may be made to the side this Sunday, and I am hoping we will be able to do a little better when the competition re-starts next week," the Egyptian coach added. For sure one of the areas, the coach conceded, is to bolster his side's defence when they meet winless Al Nasr next weekend. "We will have to make certain changes in the set-up so that we can become more effective," Al Rammadi said. Worst start After two defeats each, both Al Nasr and Dubai Club are yet to open their accounts in the 12-team table. While Al Nasr got off to their worse possible start with two identical 3-0 losses — against Al Jazira and Al Ain — while Dubai Club came up with much better performances losing 3-4 to Al Ain and then going down 0-2 at home to Al Shabab. "I think this is what makes this match so crucial for both the teams. Definitely, our aim will be a win or at least a draw as only such a result can help us," Al Rammadi pointed out. The coach, like many others, also knows that the way is long and it is too early to jump to conclusions. "All is not lost for any team that did not get off to a good start. There are still another 20 matches to go in the league. We do have time on our hand, but we still need to start collecting the points," he added. From Gulf news
