Some 17 years after Kaiserslautern won the Bundesliga title in their first season after promotion, Darmstadt -- back in Germany's top flight after a 33-year absence -- have odds of 2001-1, while fellow new-boys Ingolstadt, who are making their bow in the German top flight, are 1001-1.
