Qatar’s Al Rayyan basketball team will take on ONGC Of India in their last match at group stage of the 24th FIBA Asia Champions Cup on Monday. Earlier on Saturday, Al Rayyan kept their winning streak in the FIBA Asia Champions Cup, securing a comfortable 88-69 victory over Iraq’s champion, Duhok. On Friday, Al Rayyan opened their campaign in the prestigious championship with a 81-61 victory over Kapshagay of Kazakhstan. Al Rayyan basketball squad were pooled in group B along with Kapshagay (Kazakhstan), Duhok (Iraq) and ONGC (India). The prestigious event is hosted by University of Applied Sciences Club from September 13-21 at the Amir Hamaza Indoor Hall. Source: Qatar Olympic Committee
