The Qatar Stars League Management has announced the venues and kick-off times allocated to the matches of Rounds 25 and 26 of the QSL. While the relevant announcement for Round 26 was postponed to after the conclusion of Round 25 fixtures.
The participation of both QSL sides Al Rayyan and Lekhwiya in the AFC Champions League 2017 was also taken into consideration when preparing the schedule.
Round 24 fixtures will be convened on the 1st and 2nd of April 2017. The teams have been divided into two groups; those competing for the top four and those struggling to avoid relegation.
On Saturday 1st April 2017, four games will be played on a synchronized kick-off timing at 18:20. These matches are, Al Ahli versus Al Kharaitiyat in Al Ahli Stadium, Al Arabi versus Al Shahania in Al Arabi Stadium, Al Wakra versus Al Khor in Al Wakrah Stadium and Muaither versus Al Sailiyah at the Al Gharafa Stadium.
On Sunday 2nd April 2017, three games are to be played. Al Gharafa versus Umm Salal at 18:20 at the Al Gharafa Stadium, Lekhwiya versus El Jaish at 20:30 in Lekhwiya Stadium and the highly anticipated Qatar Classico of Al Sadd versus Al Rayyan at 20:30 at the Al Sadd Stadium.
The Round 25 fixtures will be convened on the 6th and the 7th of April 2017 taking into consideration the competition on the top and bottom of the league standings.
On Thursday 06 April 2017, four games will be played. Lekhwiya versus Al Ahli at 18:20 in Lekhwiya Stadium, Al Sadd versus Al Sailiya at 18:20 in Al Sadd Stadium, Al Rayyan versus Al Arabi at 20:30 in Al Sadd Stadium and Al Gharafa versus El Jaish at 20:30 in The Al Gharafa Stadium.
On Friday 07 April 2017, three matches will take place on a synchronized kick-off timing at 18:20. Al Khor versus Al Shahania in Al Khor Stadium, Al Wakra versus Umm Salal in Al Wakrah Stadium and Muaither versus Al Kharaitiyat in Al Gharafa Stadium.
Based on the status of all the competing teams within the different positions and following the conclusion of the Round 25 fixtures, the venues and kick-off times of Round 26 will be determined accordingly.
