The Bahrain Martial Arts Association (BMAA)'s board of directors chairman Ahmed al-Khayyat received the West Asian Judo Federation (WAJF)'s representative, Ammar Al-Ammoush.
The meeting discussed aspects of cooperation and coordination between the two bodies and means of boosting this cooperation, opening more communication channels, informing about key updated plans and strategies which will further enhance the sport.
Al-Ammoush announced the West Asian Judo Federation approval in favor of the inclusion of the Bahrain Martial Arts Association in its membership.
On this occasion, Al-Khayyat expressed his delight at the Federation's decision of inclusion of Bahrain Association in its membership.
The West Asian Judo Federation will convene its upcoming meeting in Bahrain in September.
