Masry goalkeeper Ahmed El-Shennawy has signed a one-season loan contract with Cairo-based team, Zamalek , late Tuesday evening. "I am so happy to join the White Castle. It’s like an dream come true," the talented guard was quoted as saying on the team's official website. He insisted that he "would never join any other club in Egypt but Zamalek." The 21 year old who signed a five-year contract with Port Said's Masry earlier this season, is one of Egypt's rising stars. "I am really proud to be trained under manager Hassan Shehata and I am hoping to accomplish great successes with Zamalek," he added. He was forced to leave Masry after the team was suspended for a year and relegated to the second division, following the Port Said Stadium disaster which left more than 70 football fans killed in February. ahramonline .
