The Qatari football team began their campaign at the 7th GCC U-17 Cup with a 4-1 victory over Kuwait on Tuesday. The event features the participation of 8 teams as the Qataris were pooled in Group (A) alongside Kuwait and Oman while Group (B) includes Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and United Arab Emirates. The Qatari squad for the match against Kuwait included Abdulrahman Al Ali, Khalifa Saad, Khalifa Mohammad, Khalid Mubrak, Abdullah Jomaah, Meshaal Ibrahim, Abdulrashid Amaro, Khalid Mounir, Hazem Ahmad, Abdulrahman Rashid and Ahmad Abdulqader Abdulrahman Rashid, Abdurashid Amaro and Hasan Ahmad Scored for Qatar while Yousef Abdullah Al Rashidi netted the goal of Kuwait.
