Tunisia's winger Youssef Msakni has been rendered doubtful for 2014 world Cup qualifier against Equatorial Guinea set to be played on Saturday in Monastir. The 21-yar-old striker felt muscle pain and he missed Esperance's Sunday defeat to Club Athlétique Bizertin on the Tunisian League. Msakni who shined with Tunisia in the last edition of the African Cup of Nations on scoring three goals for the Carthage on the continental competition, is one of the hottest talents in the Tunisian league. Tunisia have thrashed Rwanda 5-1, on Sunday in a friendly game in preparation for Equatorial Guinea's clash.
