UAE's Faisal Al Ketbi grabbed a gold medal after beating the Hungarian champion in the final of the 49kg category event at the Jiu-Jitsu World Games in Wroclaw.
Al Ketbi took home the medal after defeating athletes from Sweden and Iran. Earlier, he lost to the Hungarian athlete, before beating him in the final to clinch the gold medal.
Other UAE champions Yehya Al Hammadi, Mohammed Al Qubaisi and Taleb Al Karbi all landed fourth in their respective categories.
After winning the gold medal, Al Ketbi dedicated his win to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, the patron of sports and athletes in the UAE.
