Paul Lawrie had a 7-under-par 65 Sunday that carried him to a 5-stroke win at the European Tour\'s Qatar Masters. It was the seventh European Tour title for Lawrie, who also won the Qatar Masters in 1999. That victory was also lopsided, as he beat Soren Kjeldsen and Phillip Price by seven strokes. This year\'s event was cut to 54 holes after strong winds limited play Friday. Lawrie\'s final round included five birdies and a ninth-hole eagle for a 54-hole total of 15-under 201. Jason Day, who twice had strings of four consecutive birdies , also shot 65 Sunday while Peter Hanson closed with an eagle at 16 and birdie at 18 for a 67. Day and Hanson tied for second at 11-under. John Daly (67 Sunday) was alone in fourth at 9-under and Sergio Garcia (68) was among four golfers tied for fifth, seven strokes behind Lawrie. Lawrie opened his final round with a birdie and eagled the par-5, 639-yard ninth when he holed out his chip shot. He added birdies at 11 and 14 and put the tournament away with back-to-back birdies at 16 and 17.
