Players from several South-East Asian nations, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Laos, took to the field over the weekend in Europe.Two Malaysian youngsters marked their first experience in Europe as they made their debut for FC ViOn Zlate Moravce while several other South-East Asian players are still struggling for a regular game.The three Indonesian youngsters in Belgium\'s second division, Alfin Tuasalamony, Yericho Christiantoko and Yandi Sofyan Munawar, were unused substitutes for CS Vise when their side won an away match 2-1 against KV Oostende. Stefano Lilipaly (FC Utrecht), the Dutch-based midfielder did not play during his team\'s 3-0 victory over RKC Waalwijk in Holland\'s Eredivisie.Neil Etheridge (Fulham) was an unused substitute at Craven Cottage when Fulham won a 6-0 goalfest against Queen Park Rangers on Sunday in the Premier League. Stephan Schrock (SpVgg Greuther Furth), played for 71 minutes and was substituted fir Tayfun Pekturk in a Greuther Furth\'s 2.Bundesliga match with a 2-2 draw against Karlsruhe SC. Paul Mulders (ADO Den Haag) was left out of the starting line-up during his team\'s 3-0 victory over Feyenoord in the Dutch EredivisieRay Jonsson (Grindavik), the Iceland-based left-back came on as a substitute player after 88 minutes, helping his team produce a solid 2-0 win over IBV Vestmannaeyjar in Iceland\'s Premier League. Dennis Cagara (Lyngby BK), the 26-year-old defender was back in the squad after being held in quarantine and went straight into the starting line-up, playing a full 90 minutes as his team lost 1-0 against Brondby in the Danish Superliga.Jerry Lucena (AGF Aarhus), the tenacious Danish-based midfielder did not play when his team were held to a 1-1 draw by the current league leaders FC Copenhagen at the Parken Stadium. Rolland Muller (MSV Duisburg), was absent from club duties having been called-up for the international fixtures with the Philippines at the 2011 Long Teng Cup.Two of the trio of Malaysian youngsters made their debut for FC ViOn Zlate Moravce in this week. Mohd Fadhli Mohd Shas came on as a substitute player after 82 minutes during a Slovak Cup match win 3-0 over Spartak Myjava and Mohd Irfan Fazail made his first appearance when he replaced Martin Hruska on 86 minutes to help his team win 3-0 against AS Trencin in the Slovak Firts League, while Wan Zack Haikal Wan Noor was not in the first team list due to injury. Santi Kolk (NAC Breda), the 30-year-old forward did not play as his team lost 4-3 in a hard-fought battle away to Roda JC in the Eredivisie.Billy Ketkeophomphone (FC Sion) The Laotian-origin striker was an unused substitute when FC Sion defeated Laussane-Sport by 1-0 in the Swiss Super League.
