Misato Nakamura won her second world title in three years as she beat holder and Japanese team-mate Yuka Nishida in the final at the World Championships at the Palais Omnisport de Bercy here on Wednesday. Nakamura won by the minimum yuko score in a cagey final that never sparked into life, taking revenge for her defeat to Nishida in the Tokyo final last year. Spain's former European champion Ana Carrascosa threw Joana Ramos of Portugal with an inner leg sweep (ouchi-gari) to claim one of two bronze medals. The other went to Andreea Chitu of Romania who edged out home hope Priscilla Gneto in golden score.
