Portugal's world road race champion Rui Costa will spearhead Italian cycling team Lampre's Tour de France campaign starting in Leeds, northern England this weekend.
Costa, winner of two Tour stages last year, will be joined by American Chris Horner, who becomes the second oldest rider in the race after German Jens Voigt, both 42.
The nine-man team also includes Portuguese road race and time-trial champion Nelson Oliveira.
