International halfback Frederic Michalak has been recalled to the Toulon squad for their European Cup opener against Glasgow on Sunday after recovering from a shoulder injury. The former Toulouse star injured his shoulder in June while playing for France away in New Zealand and has not played since then, missing the start of the Top 14 season. But he was given the go-ahead to play this week by club doctors and manager Bernard Laporte had no hesitation in handing him a recall. Also back for Toulon will be Argentine back-rower Fernandez Lobbe on his return from international duty with the Pumas in the Rugby Championship. But they will have to do without Springbok winger Bryan Habana who picked up a leg injury while playing for his country against New Zealand last Saturday. Source:AFP
