Captain Michael Clarke withdrew from Australia's team for Sunday's tri-series one-dayer against India with a back problem, Cricket Australia said. Clarke, who was troubled by the back complaint in Friday's three-wicket loss to Sri Lanka in Hobart, was replaced by Shane Watson. Watson was playing in his first match on Sunday after an injury-marred season. "Michael's back was sore in Hobart and with the short turnaround between games we have taken the precaution of him not playing in today's game," Australia team physio Alex Kountouris said. "He has already improved significantly since Friday's game and we are confident he will be available for our next match against Sri Lanka in Melbourne (on Friday)."
