Joao Havelange, the former president of FIFA, is still \"in serious condition\" in a Rio hospital, his doctor said Tuesday. In a statement released by the Samaritano hospital, Joao Mansur Filho again described Havelange\'s condition as \"serious\" and said exams showed that his patients suffers from \" a serious bacterial infection with cellulitis in the right ankle.\" Havelange, who was admitted to the hospital Sunday, was put in a coronary care unit and given intravenous antibiotic treatment.
