Kieren Fallon will not be able to race in Saturday\'s Epsom Derby after British appeal judges overturned an earlier ruling allowing him to take part in the race. Appeal Court judges Rupert Jackson and Patrick Elias reversed a decision by a High Court judge on Friday not to grant an injunction preventing the three-time Derby winner from riding in the English classic. The order was sought by Ibrahim Araci, the Turkish owner of Native Khan, to prevent Fallon riding a rival horse, Recital. Araci claims Fallon signed a written agreement to ride his English 2,000 Guineas third instead. Fallon has denied breah of contract and said there had been an \"innocent misunderstanding\".
