An expert on Israeli settlement issues Khalil Al-Tufkaji that the recent announcement of the Israeli occupation on the approval of the construction of hundreds of settlement units in the east of the occupied city of Jerusalem is part of the program and schemes already placed and wait for approval and amendment of Israel's competent authorities. He explained that the annexation of "Ma'aleh Adumim" will result in the separation of the north West Bank from the south, and the achievement of the Israeli vision to establish a greater Jerusalem, because it represents 10% of the West Bank. This would lead to the application of the settlement scheme "E1", where it is the only remaining area of the Palestinians to establish their own state, with its capital in East Jerusalem, Al-Tufkaji added.
