Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim Jaafari urged issuing a law incriminating terror as a thought and, hence, anyone promoting for the culture of terror.
At a press conference on Thursday after meeting with Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit, the top diplomat called for rallying efforts against cultural and intellectual terror.
Jaafari said the issue of terror became a culture of killing and bloodshed.
Jaafari said Egypt and Iraq enjoy common understanding in the security domain alongside intellectual and cultural cooperation.
Jaafari said he exchanged views with Abul Gheit on the outcome of the recent Arab-European foreign ministers conference, noting that the talks focused on the Iraqi file.
