Two policemen were killed and five others, including two civilians, wounded when unidentified gunmen opened fire at their checkpoint in Sadat township of Menufiya.

Two policemen were killed and five others, including two civilians, wounded when unidentified gunmen opened fire at their checkpoint in Sadat township of Menufiya.
Operations Room at Sadat Ambulance Centre received a report on the attack earlier in the day.
Ambulances rushed to the scene of the attack and carried the casualties to Sadat Central Hospital.
Prosecution was notified to launch a probe into the incident.
